Ideal gluing will be possible only after covering 80-100% of the surface with a thin and even layer of glue. Optimally, the surface covered with glue will look like it is covered with a fine mesh. Do not try to apply a thick layer of glue, because its excess always spills over the sides. When the surfaces are covered with glue, let the glue dry for about 30-60 seconds (the layer of glue no longer sticks to your hands). When the thinner evaporates, firmly press the surfaces to be glued, you can also use a press. For hard-to-absorb surfaces, it is recommended to additionally cover the glue with a second layer, after the solvent from the first layer has evaporated, which will strengthen the strength of the glue seam.
