VENTO® MELT 2204 is an EVA-based hot melt adhesive for narrow edge banding/lamination: veneer, melamine, polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS and PP. It delivers a flexible bond line, high mechanical seam strength and excellent surface adhesion, making it suitable for standard and difficult-to-bond substrates, including softforming applications. Contains 9% BIO additive.
Natural/white granules; viscosity ~75,000 ± 5,000 mPa·s @ 200°C; softening point 110–115°C; operating temperature 180–200°C; density 1.00 ± 0.05 g/cm³; recommended feed speed from 12 m/min; ambient/material temperature ≥15°C.
